Founded in 2018, Scarlett & Co represent a gorgeous array of talented young people in the South East from babies taking their first steps to teens with a wealth of professional credits under their belt. We aim to guide and support young performers to reach their creative potential, all whilst creating fabulous memories and building their skill set to prepare them for wherever their lives takes them!
LIFE ON THE AGENCY
Scarlett & Co don't believe that we can represent our talent best by just seeing a photo of them and talking to their parents day in day out. As an experienced performer and teacher, Scarlett takes pride in getting to know every single one of the children on the agency so that she knows where their strengths and gorgeous personality quirks lie! Hanging out and coaching the kids allows her to find out that someone does a seriously good Simon Cowell impression, that they can talk the ear off anyone who will listen or that another has brilliant comedic timing.
All children on the agency are invited to attend Superstar Days throughout the year where we focus on audition technique, self-tape procedures, acting for camera, singing workshops, dance-call practice and much more! We want our young clients to be able to conduct themselves in a professional manner, show their skills in the best light and most importantly be kids! On these days we eat sweets and pizza, sing The Greatest Showman at the top of our lungs and all clients are firm friends by the end of the day!
WHO IS SCARLETT?
Born into a theatrical family, Scarlett appeared in her first commercial at the tender age of 3, running down the aisle of a fake supermarket pushing a trolley full of Fairy Liquid. Scarlett made her professional theatre debut at the age of seven as Little Cosette in LES MISERABLES at The Palace Theatre, London and then went on to play Susan and covered Jemima in CHITTY CHITTY BANG BANG at The London Palladium.
After studying Film, Radio and Television at university Scarlett continued to work as a performer and ventured to the Middle East to play Wendy in Peter Pan in Dubai and Bahrain and also Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz in Dubai.
Scarlett completed four contracts making magic with the mouse as a performer for DISNEY CRUISE LINE travelling all over America, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean. Scarlett also recently voiced the role of 'Luna' in SOY LUNA for Disney Channel. Scarlett played Cinderella in Rogers and Hammerstein's 'Cinderella' at Trinity Theatre, Tunbridge Wells and most recently ‘Dorothy’ in their critically acclaimed production of the RSC’s The Wizard of Oz, receiving a 5* review from The Stage. If you happen to be in the Fisher Price aisle of any toy store, you can find Scarlett's voice as part of the 'Linkimals' range as Play Together Panda!
Scarlett has been teaching musical theatre and vocal coaching for over 5 years now, with many students appearing in theatre, film and television from West End productions to BBC dramas. With a 100% student pass rate for LAMDA exams and a recent session where 100% of students received a Distinction. Scarlett is also the co-creator of As You Are Productions, a production company that writes and produces shows for children to perform.
Most recently, Scarlett's 10 & Under Musical Theatre troupe at Associates, Tonbridge won a National Title again (2019 & 2022) and were honoured to be asked to dance in the All England Dance Gala. Scarlett holds a professional chaperone license and works regularly on large scale productions, both theatre and film most recently Roald Dahl's Matilda the Musical and Disney's Snow White.
